By accessing and using Digital Pakistan IO ("DigitalPakistan.io"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. For company formation services, you must comply with SECP regulations and Pakistani corporate law.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Services
DigitalPakistan.io provides company formation facilitation, talent marketplace, investment gateway, startup incubation, compliance tools, and global expansion services. We act as a facilitator and platform — we are not a law firm, investment advisor, or employment agency.
5. Fees and Payment
Certain services require payment. Fees are disclosed before purchase. All payments are processed securely. Refund policies are service-specific and detailed in each service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and technology are owned by Digital Pakistan IO. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to display and process it within the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigitalPakistan.io is provided "as is". We are not liable for investment outcomes, hiring decisions, or business results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
